Brian Beckwith, Esq.

Attorney Brian Beckwith is an Of Counsel at Magdalena Law Group.  He is a California State Bar-Certified Appellate Law Specialist and has more than 40 years of legal experience in trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Beckwith graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and from the University of San Francisco, College of Law, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. In his legal career, Mr. Beckwith has gained extensive experience in appeals, family law, civil litigation, probate law, and criminal law at both the appellate and trial level. He now focuses solely on appeals and skillfully assists Magdalena Law Group clients who wish to challenge the trial court's decisions or oppose the other party's challenge.   

Mr. Beckwith is a former Board of Directors Officer of Abilities United, a non-profit agency
serving disabled children and adults, and has been heavily involved in the community supporting special needs children. In his free time, Mr. Beckwith enjoys literature, gardening, golfing, and cooking
