Rutika Motwani is a Law Clerk at Magdalena Law Group and an India-Licensed Attorney. Rutika works hand-in-hand with Magdalena Law Group attorneys and clients focusing on international law issues. Having practiced law for many years in India prior to moving to the U.S., Rutika is especially passionate about cases involving real property and hidden assets in India, marriages entered into under the Hindu Marriage Act, and international child abduction matters.

Rutika holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance degree from MMK College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai, India. She received her Bachelor of Laws / LL.B. degree from Kishinchand Chellaram Law College in Mumbai, India and an advanced law degree / LL.M. from Kirit P. Mehta School of Law at SVKM’s NMIMS in Mumbai, India. After completing her legal studies in India and prior to joining Magdalena Law Group, Rutika worked as an Associate Attorney at a Mumbai-based civil litigation law firm.

In her free time, Rutika enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband.
