Bio

Claire Swann is an Executive Legal Assistant at Magdalena Law Group. Claire assists the firm’s attorneys and supervises all of Magdalena Law Group’s Legal Assistants.

Claire received her Bachelor’s degree in Peace & Justice Studies at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. During her senior year of college, Claire chaired the Student Judicial Board and served as the Student Body Chief Justice.

Giving back to the community has always been important to Claire. Claire has participated in immersion trips to Cambodia and the Dominican Republic, interned with many non-profit organizations, and worked as a Sexual Assault Prevention Specialist. A Bay Area native, Claire discovered her passion for family law after interning with Magdalena Law Group in 2015 and 2016. Claire re-joined Magdalena Law Group after graduating college and along with the firm’s attorneys, has been the driving force behind Magdalena Law Group’s community service efforts.

In her free time, Claire enjoys listening to podcasts, taking on home improvement projects, and playing with her dogs Portia, and Cookie.
