Nancy Jisong Yin, Paralegal

Jisong "Nancy" Yin, a Paralegal at Magdalena Law Group, dedicates her time exclusively to supporting the firm's family law practice. Nancy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from one of the top colleges in China, Jilin University. Prior to moving to the United States in 2013 and completing the American Bar Association-accredited Paralegal Program at the De Anza College in Cupertino, CA, Nancy secured her Juris Master Degree from Heilongjiang University in 2007, in China.

Thoughtful, thorough, and hard-working, Nancy has earned her good reputation in assisting family law attorneys and clients with all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, attorney’s fees, domestic restraining orders, premarital and post-marital agreements drafting.

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English and known for her calm demeanor and professionalism, Nancy offers bilingual support that helps clients feel heard and understood.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, practicing meditation, and socializing while volunteering at a Meditation Center.
